The decision is ultimately up to you, but I would have to say undoubtedly yes!

Harry as just a child is set upon a path, though not always lit by light, is guided in that direction from the very start.

He is the 'Chosen One' the one who has the skills to lead his people like Jesus did to safety and to the triumph over evil.

What he learns at Hogwarts and from his community helps guide him on his way and he learns for himself what is right and what is wrong.

His journey is continually attached to evil, in his connection with Voldemort, but it is because of what he has learned at Hogwarts, his community and the love his mother equipped him with that he is able to stay on the right path no matter what.

In large part, due to the many Christian values within the series, with Harry at the helm, the overall message of the series is a positive Christian one and Harry Potter is ultimately a good Christian character.

That is not to say that he is the only good character within the books, there are many, but he is the leader and guiding light for everyone who wishes to follow the good path.

Is Harry Potter purely good?
